Athens Center

Charming historic districts at the foot of the hill, with restored 19th-century neoclassical homes, pedestrianized streets, shops and restaurants, and picturesque ruins from the city’s Roman era. Full of trendy cafés, bars, small luxury hotels, and shops.
Thissio, Petralona, Koukaki, and Mets are quieter, more residential, there are mainly apartments, ranging from 50sqm-160sqm.

The south suburbs of Athens constitute a group of municipalities that have been built to the south side of the capital, between Hymettus Mountain and Saronic Gulf. with lots of nice beaches, sea promenades and marinas, starting from the Tram stop Edem.
All areas are connected by tram and are 35min from the Athens Airport an Piraeus port.
It is a cosmopolitan destination, popular amongst international jet setters and luxury lifestyle aficionados.
In Glyfada is the only Golf course in Attica.
The highest prices are observable in the coastal zone, thanks to its rich nightlife, luxury shops and hotels, beaches and the relatively short distance from the center of Athens. The areas of greatest interest concerning real estate investments are Palaio Faliro, Glyfada, Voula, Vouliagmeni, and Varkiza.

Crete Island
